Job Description

- Associate’s Degree from an Accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Missouri or Illinois (as determined by the location of the position)

- Associate’s Degree from an Accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Missouri or Illinois (as determined by the location of the position)

Alton Memorial in Illinois is a full-service acute-care hospital serving patients in a seven-county area. Alton Memorial offers inpatient and outpatient services, including surgery, imaging, rehabilitation and 24-hour emergency care.
