Job Description
Position is responsible for drug distribution services, IV admixture services, and supervision of personnel, delegation of duties, directing workflow, inventory control, orientation, training and evaluating staff, problem solving and promoting teamwork. In the absence of the Pharmacy Director, the Operations Manager will assume responsibility for the operation of the department The Pharmacy Operations Manager reports to the Pharmacy DirectorEducation: BA/BS
Current Pharmacy Licensure to practice in the state of TN.
2-3 years of supervisor experience in a hospital pharmacy.
