Job Description
Under the supervision of the Director, the clinical/staff pharmacist is responsible for the safe, accurate and rational distribution and utilization of pharmaceutical agents to patients of all ages. This shall be carried out in accordance with all state and federal laws, Joint Commission Standards and hospital or department policies and procedures.Current SC Pharmacist license required; one year hospital pharmacy exp in unit dose and IV admixture preferred; excellent communication skills
