Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Level II. Current CA RN license and AHA BLS Certification. One (1) year recent (within the last three (3) years) full-time equivalent experience in acute care or ambulatory care. Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Kaiser Permanente's Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. Consistently demonstrating the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, and to purchasers, contracted providers and vendors. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to assign, direct and coordinates nursing and paramedical personnel in the module. Provides medical advice following established protocols. Ability to assess members by phone and face to face for appropriate level of care, schedule same day, returns or routine appointments. Provide nursing interventions and patients educations, IV therapy, cardiac monitoring, assist with emergencies, EKG interpretation. Health Connect, KITs and KPDS.
