Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life-span. Able to assess data reflective of the patient’s status and interpret information needed to identify each patient’s requirement relative to his/her age-specific need, and to provide appropriate care as defined by policies and procedures. Requires: a current CA RN license or IP and BLS cert.ACLS within 6 months of employment into the position. CRITICAL CARE COURSE within 1 year of employment into the position. HBOC COMPUTER TRAINING within 6 months of employment into the position.
