TRAINEE TECH RAD
Job Description
Operates diagnostic imaging equipment assisting the licensed technologist make clinical diagnostic x-ray images. Assists the licensed technologist to perform diagnostic radiologic procedures on neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Develops film, prepares exam rooms, equipment, supplies and contrast media as needed in support of the technologist. Maintains assigned area as required.Qualifications
Minimum
1. Must be an intern in the Merced College Radiology Technologist training program or recent graduate of the program.
2. Must have experience and demonstrate competency in radiography procedures
3. Must possess and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
4. Must obtain state and national licensure within 90 days of hire
